5pm Costume Parade from North Quarter Park to Wayfinder downtown, led by Chester Fife and Drum

5:20pm Costume Contest in front of Wayfinder (right after parade)

5-8:30pm Cemetery walk, carnival games and food in Laurel Hill Cemetery

5-8:30pm Merchant Trick or Treating, On Street Food & Drinks Downtown

5:30-7:30pm Downtown Scavenger Hunt organized by Chester Public Library

Q: What’s happening on October 25th?
A: Chester's annual Halloween Town is back! On Friday, October 25th, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, downtown Chester will be transformed into a festive Halloween wonderland. Enjoy a fun-filled evening with a children’s costume parade, thrilling carnival games, and a spooky cemetery walk.

Q: Should adults wear costumes?
A: Of course!! Dressing up isn’t just for the kids—adults are encouraged to join in the fun by wearing their favorite Halloween costumes.

Q: Will there be food options?
A: Absolutely! There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks available for purchase downtown and in the cemetery area. Bring your appetite!
